I get distracted by the latest technology instead of focusing on core business strategies.

So I learnt Make.com, then looking at N8N, Power Automate, Azure Data Factory and now again looking at the possibilities with M365 Copilot. Ohhh and there is the data and security part with Automation and AI, and AI agents…. and… I guess you get my point 😉

Common Distractions:

• Hopping between industries
• Trying too many tools
• Constantly changing offers

To stay on track, commit to a few niches, set a clear focus, and stick to your plan for at least 90 days.

I will just start writing about the different tools and decide from there 😊
